Prepare the material necessary for cleaning the assigned rooms according to the worksheet
Restock towels
Clean bathrooms
Clean mirrors, lamps, interior glass and window sills
Dust furniture
Clean floors and carpets
Empty and clean waste and recycling bins
Change sheets and make beds
Prepare beds and room for guests

You are passionate and have some experience related to the position

Perform repairs and maintenance in all areas related to technical services
Actively participate in the comfort and well-being of guests, and the proper maintenance of building infrastructure
Perform daily technical inspections
Verify the proper functioning of mechanical areas
Perform maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electricity, ceramics, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Perform exterior maintenance work on the building
Ensure the proper functioning of the alarm system (fire) and sprinklers
Provide maintenance and preventive maintenance for heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems and coordinate repairs when necessary
Perform other related tasks

You are passionate about your work and have a minimum of 5 years of experience related to the position
You are comfortable working under pressure, make informed decisions and manage problems effectively
You have good manual dexterity
You are available to work the day shift (evenings and weekends on call)

Greet customers, inform them about the various services offered by the hotel, make reservations, check in and out of customers and respond to requests for information by phone, email or fax.
Provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of each customer
Have a professional attitude
Ability to work under pressure.
Have a neat presentation, be smiling and dynamic.
Be available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (day and/or evening)
